Home Cancer Care

Supportive oncology care, closer to home.

Bringing supportive oncology services closer to patients through personalized home-based care — for those who find frequent travel to the clinic difficult.

Services

What can be provided at home.

Home care complements — and does not replace — treatment at the clinic or hospital. Which services are appropriate is decided with the treating team.

Home nursing

Skilled nursing visits for patients who need ongoing care but are more comfortable at home.

Injection administration

Prescribed injections and supportive medications administered at home by trained nursing staff.

Symptom monitoring

Structured tracking of pain, nutrition, treatment side effects and warning signs, reported back to the treating team.

Palliative care support

Comfort-focused care for patients with advanced illness, coordinated with the treating oncologist.

Follow-up care

Post-treatment check-ins, wound and catheter care, and help keeping the care plan on track between visits.

Sample collection

Blood and other routine samples collected at home and sent to accredited laboratories, avoiding unnecessary travel.

How it works

Arranging home care.

  1. 01

    Request

Share the patient's situation, location and the support needed.

  2. 02

    Clinical review

The treating team confirms which services are safe and appropriate at home.

  3. 03

    Scheduled visits

Visits are scheduled, documented, and reported back to the treating team.

After advanced therapy

Home support in the later phase of recovery.

Patients who have received an advanced therapy such as CAR-T are monitored intensively by the treating cellular-therapy team in the early period after infusion — that phase is not managed at home.

Later in recovery, and only when the treating team agrees it is safe, home support such as nursing visits, symptom monitoring, sample collection and follow-up care may complement specialist follow-up. Any fever, confusion or rapid deterioration after cellular therapy needs urgent hospital assessment, not a home visit.

Cancer Survivorship & Long-Term Health

Cancer care does not necessarily end when active treatment finishes. Survivorship care may address long-term treatment effects, cardiovascular and metabolic health, bone health, nutrition, function and appropriate cancer surveillance. It works alongside the follow-up arranged by the treating team.
