What this website does
This website provides information about the institute and its services, and lets you send a request to be contacted. It does not register patients, create appointments, hold medical records, or accept documents or files of any kind.
Information you submit
When you send a request, the institute receives the details you enter: your name, telephone number, email address, the type of request, your preferred consultation mode and date, an optional cancer type, whether you are a new or existing patient, and any short optional note you choose to write. Forms deliberately do not ask for diagnosis detail, treatment history, medication, family history or report findings.
Medical records and reports
Medical records, scans and genomic reports are not uploaded, submitted or stored through this website, and should not be sent by email or messaging apps. When reports are needed, the clinical team explains how to share them appropriately.
How your information is used
The details you submit are used to respond to your request and, where you proceed to care, as part of the institute's clinical records. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising or profiling.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with clinical or laboratory partners only where it is necessary for your care. The website itself is hosted on a third-party hosting platform, and requests are stored in a managed database service used by the institute; those providers process the information on the institute's behalf.
What is stored in your browser
The website stores a small amount of information in your browser for the current session: a random session identifier, the first page you arrived on, the referring website and any campaign parameters in the address you used. This is first-party only, contains no personal or medical information, and is cleared when you close the browser. One additional cookie may be set to remember an interface preference. There are no advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts.
Website measurement
The institute records anonymous counts of interactions such as requests submitted, together with the page they came from. Names, contact details, free-text notes, symptoms, diagnoses and care pathway guide answers are never included in this measurement. Answers you give in the care pathway guides stay in your browser's memory and are never sent to the institute.
Technical logs
The hosting platform keeps short-term technical logs needed to run and secure the website, and the institute records non-identifying error messages. Submitted form contents are not written to these logs.
Retention
Requests are kept only for as long as necessary to respond to and document them, or as required by applicable law and medical record-keeping obligations. Anonymous interaction counts are kept in aggregate for service improvement.
